Christian has successfully led mission-critical software projects within military environments, including his work on the Patriot Excalibur (PEX) and GTIMS (Graduate Training Integration Management System) programs for the U.S. Air Force. He is known for driving secure deployments, designing resilient systems, and delivering high-quality results in fast-paced, compliance-heavy environments. With a strong background in secure systems modernization for the U.S. Army and U.S. Air Force—including work with the Army Artificial Intelligence Integration Center (AI2C), Distributed Mission Operations Network (DMON), and the Patriot Excalibur (PEX) program. Matthew bridges the gap between mission needs and innovative technology solutions. He brings proven experience leading full-stack engineering teams through Agile and DevSecOps methodologies, consistently delivering scalable, secure solutions leveraging modern front-end and back-end ecosystems — including .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, and cloud-native technologies. His expertise spans end-to-end development, CI/CD pipeline design, and cloud architecture on platforms like AWS and Azure.
